Training & Development:

          Designed two instructional games to accompany the training program The Business of Brown-Forman.

          Conducted needs assessment determining subjects of interest by department. As a result, a Training Resource Library was instituted.

          Conducted one-on-one PC training for an adult computer user.

          Designed graphic slide show presentation for the mandatory training of all directors, managers, and supervisors on Sexual Harassment.
