The mission of the Spencer County Public Library is to promote the use of the

library and provide the opportunity for its patron's self-development, growth and well-being

by offering learning opportunities for preschoolers, public computers with Internet access

and to maintain a current organized collection of  books for study, research

and pleasure in order to educate, entertain and enlighten patrons.
