Welcome to My Garden of Weeden...
By a garden is meant mystically...

A place of spiritual repose,

stillness, peace,

refreshment, delight.

Earth is crammed with heaven and every common bush is afire with God.

All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today,
So plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for
someone to bring you flowers!

Weed'em and Reap

God's Gifts

Nobody owns a mountain - Nobody owns a sea, None can possess the sunshine -
A bright reaching Summertime tree. Nature is all around us - Lending her special charms,
Touching God's world with her magic - And holding it fast  in her arms.

No one can hold to a snowflake - So quickly it melts fast away, We can't bid the twilight to linger -
When we come to the end of the day. Rainbows are but for a moment - There in the blue of the sky,
Bright colored leaves of the Autumn - Are gone in the blink of an eye.

Winter soon changes to Springtime - Then quickly a soft Summer day - Fades to the magic of Autumn -
Then white Winter snowflakes at  play, A world filled with wonder and magic -
Miracles loaned from above, Yet no one ever can own them - They're God's gifts of heavenly love.

What a desolate place would be a world without flowers.
It would be a face without a smile; a feast without a welcome

A few more garden photos, I hope you enjoy...

Selecting a photo from the list and pressing the "view" button will open a new window, allowing you to view the photo.  You will NOT be transported to a different page.  Close the separate window between selections.

Even though the pond and garden are quite a bit of work, the rewards are well worth a little sweat... okay, a lot of sweat AND a few tears *grin* for it is a wonderful serene place for us to sit and ponder, "what next?" or "whatever!"  Life is sweet and God is good!
