EASY POTATO SOUP

1 (2lb. bag) frozen hash browns 
1 chopped onion 
2 cans chicken broth 
3 cups water 
2 cans undiluted cream of celery soup 
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup 
1 can carnation milk 
salt and pepper to taste (I use 1/2 tsp. salt)
 

Combine frozen hash browns, onion, chicken broth and water in large pot and simmer 30 minutes. Then stir in soups, milk, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly and serve.

This recipe is from my cousin Barb in Texas. (Texas folks are GREAT ya' know) Seriously though, everyone I have made this for has carried on about how GOOD it is, and it is the best potato soup you ever tasted!
