ORANGE SALAD

Crush 50 Ritz crackers
Add 1/4 cup sugar
Melt 1 stick margarine and add to crackers
Press 2/3 of the cracker crumbs in bottom of 9x13 dish
Reserve 1/3 of cracker crumbs for the top of salad

MIX TOGETHER:

1 small can thawed orange juice
1--8oz. tub Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 cans Mandarin oranges (drained) Spoon this mixture on top of crackers.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup remaining cracker crumbs over the top
