CREME DE MENTHE CAKE

Ingredients: 

1 white cake mix 
1 can prepared chocolate icing 
(if you prefer, make your own chocolate icing) 
1 8 0z. container of Cool Whip 
Creme De Menthe

Directions:

Prepare cake mix as directed, then stir in 3 1/2 Tbsp. Creme De Menthe to batter. Bake as directed on box. 

Cool cake, spread on chocolate icing of your choice.
 
Add 5 tsp. Creme De Menthe to Cool Whip and stir well (by hand).
Spread Cool Whip mixture on top of chocolate icing.

I've had this recipe for a long time and don't remember where I got it, but it is a very good cake and also a pretty pastel green color.
