CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE


1 C. SUGAR 
3 TBLS. COCOA 
3 TBLS. CORN MEAL 
1 tsp. VANILLA 3 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN 
1 STICK BUTTER ( MELTED ) 
1 C. LIGHT CORN SYRUP 
1 ( 9 INCH PIE CRUST ) 

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Mix eggs, butter, corn syrup, and vanilla in large bowl with whisk. Blend in dry ingredients until well blended. 

Pour into pie crust and bake 45 minutes. Serve slightly warm with whipped topping.
