was solid. For the speed load was fast on my test
pages. No electrical sockets. The waitperson was
disappointed that we only got coffee and tea - never came
back to refill or ask if we wanted anything else - although
I am not sure, I think her face might break if she smiled.
And she still got a 43% tip! GREAT GRAFFITI ON

fast for the speed indicated. Fast load of my graphics
intensive test sites. Several of the tables have
electric sockets available. It loads to the Corporate
site. Excellent lunch. |

54 Mbps - Connection fluctuated from great to
OK. This location has always been flaky on connectivity. Did
get good speed on graphics intensive sites. Tony BoomBozz
across the street has a weak signal in the store. When
the Wireless store next door is open their connection is
good, which is why you find people with laptops sitting next
to the wall. It's Heine Bros., so obviously the coffee
was good. Wonderful staff. |

54 Mbps - Connection great. When I
first attempted to log on I could not get to the UA Page. I
asked the Baristo (masculine of barista) if the WiFi was up
and he went in and rebooted the router. Thirty seconds later
I was online and reading and messaging. It's Heine Bros., so obviously the coffee
was good. Great staff. |

NO UA. Friendly staff. When I checked it out there were 6-7
people on WiFi and people using the desktop computer in the
business. Coffee was outstanding. My co-tester got a
"Blended Creme" and raved about it. |

Fast Connection at 54Mbps. Found and
connected fast when I clicked on the JFBC in my list. No UA
page. There are numerous electrical plugs at tables
and the sitting area both. Pages loaded fast with
heavy graphics. The sun is bright through the windows
in morning so you may need adjust where you sit.

hard to get logged onto. Four tries finally brought up a UA
page which loaded extremely slowly. Then it was off to
the races. Graphics intensive pages loaded fast.

I do NOT recommend using these locations. When checked,
generally the 'smiling faces' have no clue what WiFi is, and
managers don't know it is a paid service. When asked about
getting a coupon for 'free' access they have no idea about
any coupons. With some digging about how to obtain access
you can find a list of payment options, one of which is a
coupon for free use. You can purchase with a Credit
Card (not likely) two hours for $2.95 from Wayport, use your
wayport membership or a prepaid card. Very
disappointing for a company a large as McDonalds - but then
again - they are almost as ubiquitous as Charbucks and they
are a paid access WiFi location as well. |

address. Once connected it was fast at loading high
graphic sites. Was able to watch videos at soapbox.msn.com.
They should bottle the sauce and sell it as a drink. |

do a lot of use but it did load the one graphics intensive
page fast that I went to. This place closes at 9:00 PM
on weeknights, which makes no sense to me with its location
and available cliental. My cafe au lait was made strange but
OK. |

fast when selected from list. Does have a UA, which requests
you limit your time to 30 minutes between 11 and 1.
Very Fair. Plugs at many tables. Graphic
intensive sites loaded fast. They do
CENSOR use. One
of the sites I use to check speed is the Sun Newspaper in
UK. It is a blocked site. The chicken noodle
soup was excellent. My lunch mate used their Palm and was on
fast as well. |

up as soon as my computer came up. Testing on several
web sites with heavy graphic was excellent. The Cafe
au Liat was great. Very friendly staff for early
mornings. Great location to get some before the office
work done. Been using this place frequently and had no
problems. Nice owners/staff. |

connection was slow to grab. No electrical plugs.
Once online it was quite fast for the graphic intensive
pages I test with. Also was on an insurance web site
doing searches in a large database and the response back was
excellent. Fantastic breakfast. Large omelet and
that potato casserole is so good. |

11Mpbs - Excellent Connection Speed. I loaded
numerous graphic intensive pages whilst waiting on our
pizzas and all were FAST FAST FAST. No UA. As
soon as I connected it lit right up. I only saw one
electrical plug and it was not by our table, but that is why
they put batteries in laptops. We had two pizzas
- I can NOT find it anywhere in the 'contract' where it says
dads have to feed teenage sons - one was the award
winning D'Sienna and a medium with black olives, shrooms and
ground beast. Both were excellent. The mushrooms
had a great flavor. They are opening a store at the
corner of Hurstbourne and Westport and I hope they put in
WiFi there too. |
