| These
two billboards are "crafted", in that they are custom-made with wooden characters
and artwork set in relief on the sign face. Unlike commonplace pasted-paper
billboards, these were made to be a permanent display. They are part
of a four-sign array. As of this posting, the Toler Funeral Home and Inner Beauty Salon are still in business in Irvine. Irvine is the seat of Estill County, which is in the east-central part of the state. |
