comments: A new roof was being installed on the church when this photo was shot. The ladder from the bell tower to the roof was used by the workers. That's the smokestack of West Kentucky Energy's Centertown coal-fired electric generating plant in the distance at left. Ohio County is in the middle of the Western Kentucky coalfields. |
