| Photographer's
comments: This eagle made of scrap metal stands at the entrance to Metal Recyclers of Kentucky, a business begun years ago by a Frankfort man named Rodney Ratliff, who today is one of the city's most successful capitalists. The sculpture was done in 1995 by Stephen L. Bradley, assisted by Daniel Armstrong. With its steel pedestal, it stands about 10 feet tall. |
