These photos were taken from a show inside and for the benefit of a rundown old mansion on Hull Street. The Babylon Dance Band had snagged the gig and let us be the warm up act. There was no warming up of the audience--it was like some giant frat party where none of us really knew anyone. Undoubtedly, no one was expecting a dress-up band. Photos by Bill Carner [& thanx to Aron Conaway for taggin' 'em].
These photos were from a band-fest at Nedelkoff's Barn, a gig known as the Free Fret Hondo Benefit. Maybe an O'Bannon brother tooks these shots.
An unknown 8x10 from a show at the Windmill; the rest derive from 7 minutes of black & white 8mm footage shot the same night by Bob Wardell--thanks to Charles for the vidcaps.
