Pattern Evolution:
- This pattern was based on Georgia's
Heart Doily.
- Since I'm not very comfortable with split rings I decided to use
just the "bumps" for my snowflake.
- I had a basic idea of what I wanted, but my first several attempts
wanted to become squares...
very pretty squares but still not quite what I
was after.
- So I finally decided to try a version without the clovers as a
trial run to get the spacing worked out.
- That got me close enough that I was able to get my final version.
