Bernheim Forest, 5 Dec. Despite a steady rain, seven people hiked about six miles, combining the Lincoln /Guerrilla Hollow loop with some more walking. Some ate at the Cracker Barrel (where we met).
Brown County State Park, 12 Dec.: It was raining when we met, but six people went hiking anyway. The rain stopped before we started hiking and only sprinkled while we did about six miles on trails 7 and 4 and part of 8. We ate at the Nashville House and shopped in the rain in Nashville.
Falls of the Ohio, 19 Dec. About 19 people came on this hike. After doing part of the short loop trail, we wandered over to nearby Clark Park, then looped back along the streets. More than 30 came to the Christmas/Hanukkah party that evening at Barbara’s.
Jefferson County Mem. Forest, 26 Dec. About 12 people were on this hike; nine did almost six miles out and back on the Siltstone Trail. Most ate at Buckhead’s in Okolona.
