The trail starts at Lake Sinclair Recreation Area, in the camping area farthest from the beach. If you are not camping, park in the day use area and walk about 0.25 miles to the trailhead. The trail ends at the twin bridges. This trail head is at the Twin Bridges Hunt Camp and across the street from a marina and convenience store.

Access

From Monticello, take State Route 212 east about 15 miles, and turn left on Twin Bridges Road. For the Lake Sinclair Recreation Area trailhead, continue 1.1 miles on Twin Bridges Road and turn at the sign. For the Twin Bridges Hunt Camp trailhead, continue on Twin Bridges Road and turn left just before the twin bridges.
